At BOX Property Management we believe that it is important to enable our clients full access to all the required information about their investment property portfolio and performance. We have a Landlord Portal providing you with access to up to date information about your property:

• Summary of Income and expenses for each reporting period and year to date performance

• Latest routine inspection report and detailed photos of the property conditions 

• Any tenant requests and maintenance issues including details of and status of the actions required
